x Pachyveria 'Royal Flush' quick care tips

Watering

x Pachyveria 'Royal Flush' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings following the 3 Ds: drench, drain and dry. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time over winter.

Feeding

x Pachyveria 'Royal Flush' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.

Ideal soil

x Pachyveria 'Royal Flush' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

A Pachyveria cultivar.

x Pachyveria ‘Royal Flush' is a beautiful succulent that consists of fleshy leaves with blue colouring. Under strong light, the leaves will colour pink through yellow and then orange, making for a truly outstanding display.

Plant under glass in an unheated greenhouse or conservatory to experience the colour changes throughout the year. Fast grower.
