Ordering from us

Do you ship worldwide? - Yes, we ship worldwide! If purchased, our international orders come with a phytosanitary certificate to ensure your plants meet the import regulations of your country.

How do I cancel or modify my order? - If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us through email or the chatbox.

What are your shipping details? - We ship orders twice a week via Royal Mail Tracked 48h on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders may be shipped faster for urgent needs. Personalised messages can be included upon request. Delayed orders will be shipped on the next posting day after the selected date. Once shipped, it is in Royal Mail's hands. Contact us for damaged/missing items. Resends available if order hasn't arrived after 10 working days.

What size succulents do you have for sale? - Most of our online sale plants are 6-10cm in diameter. We offer larger variants of products so some may be much larger. Please note, the plants are mostly shipped with bare roots. Pots are not included.

Will my plants be like the plants in the photograph? - Succulents vary in appearance throughout the year, so when your plants arrive, they may not appear to be a true likeness of the plant in the website photograph due to the time they were planted and the time of year.

Can I request specific succulents that are not in stock? - Yes, feel free to contact us, and we can notify you when the plant becomes available or suggest similar varieties. If your plant is not in stock, add it to the wishlist to be notified of its return to stock.

Care advice

How much light do succulents need? - Succulents thrive in bright, indirect sunlight. Some species tolerate full sun, but it's essential to check specific requirements for your plant. This can be found on our product pages.

How often should I water my succulents? - Most succulents only need water once the soil is completely dry. Overwatering is a common issue, so be sure to let the soil dry between waterings.

What kind of soil is best for succulents? - A well-draining soil mix, such as cactus soil, is best. You can also mix regular potting soil with sand or perlite for better drainage.

What should I do if my succulent is stretching? - If your succulent is "stretching" or becoming leggy, it likely needs more sunlight. Move it to a brighter location to prevent further stretching.

Can succulents survive winter outdoors? - Some succulents, like Sempervivum, are frost-hardy and can survive outdoor winters, but many others need to be brought indoors in colder climates. Check the hardiness zone for your specific plant on our product pages.

How do I generally care for my succulents? - We provide detailed care guides for each type of succulent, found on the navigation bar at the top of the screen, or on the list on the top left on mobile. Some common tips include well-draining soil, minimal watering, and bright, indirect sunlight.

Can you give me specific care advice for my plant? - Aboslutely, use the upload button in the chat box to add an image of your plant and we will be in touch shortly.

My plant is not doing well, could I have a replacement? - If your plant is not doing well or has died before 30 days after receiving your item, we can offer to send a replacement for free.
Send us an image of your plant with the label clearly displayed and the order number in the chat box. We can then help with advice and a replacement plant if necessary.
