x Pachyveria 'Pinko' quick care tips

Watering

x Pachyveria 'Pinko' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings following the 3 Ds: drench, drain and dry. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time over winter.

Feeding

x Pachyveria 'Pinko' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September.

Ideal soil

x Pachyveria 'Pinko' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

Pachyveria 'Pinko' was introduced in Autumn 2017.

An incredibly strong grower that produces an amazing specimen plant in no time. When grown in good light it produces a beautiful pink tinge to the outer leaves.

It makes for a great show plant. Plant with other succulents to contrast the fleshy styles against others.
