Usually ready in 5+ days
Faucaria tuberculosa or more commonly know as Pebbled Tiger Jaws is a prehistoric-looking succulent. As it produces its new fang shaped leaves it looks fierce but in fact, it is quite soft to touch.
There are roughly just over 30 species of this compact clump-forming succulent, and as you can see they produce these beautifully bright yellow flowers during the cooler months. When the flowers fade, they produce interesting large seed pods which, when dried, seeds can be collected and sown by leaving in a cup of rainwater for several days.
They are great fun and perfect for kids that like plants with character.
They respond to watering in the winter, so water once soil drys.
