Echeveria 'White Rose' quick care tips

Watering

Echeveria 'White Rose' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time.

Feeding

Echeveria 'White Rose' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September.

Ideal soil

Echeveria 'White Rose' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this. Adding extra grit may be useful to add even more drainage for these desert-dwellers.

Echeveria 'White Rose'

Echeveria ‘White Rose’ gets its name from its rose-shaped rosette and lotus-style large leaves.

This hybrid is a base-white plant, decorated with farina and will feature pink leaf margins under strong light. The tips of the leaves are almost agavoides-pointy and really add to the nature of this stunning plant. This variety blooms in mid-spring with orange and red flowers on tall, thin flower spikes.

The perfect feature plant, a real collector’s item.
