Echeveria 'Candy Crush' quick care tips
Watering
Watering
Echeveria 'Candy Crush' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time.
Feeding
Feeding
Echeveria 'Candy Crush' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Echeveria 'Candy Crush' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this. Adding extra grit may be useful to add even more drainage for these desert-dwellers.

Echeveria 'Candy Crush'
Echeveria 'Candy Crush' is an absolutely magical cultivar, a seedling of Echeveria 'Desert Harmony' but unlike its parentage, it has a much pinker paler appearance when grown in high light levels.
Picture number 3 shows the mother plant growing in slightly lower light levels and with extra feed, you can really see how this plant changes colour in different conditions.
Once large, its a majestic looking plant that looks great either on its own or accompanied with other succulents or alpines.
