Echeveria 'Blue Curls' quick care tips
Watering
Watering
Echeveria 'Blue Curls' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time.
Feeding
Feeding
Echeveria 'Blue Curls' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Echeveria 'Blue Curls' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this. Adding extra grit may be useful to add even more drainage for these desert-dwellers.

Echeveria 'Blue Curls'
Echeveria 'Blue Curls' is a frilly hybrid from North America. Like a lot of frilly Echeveria, this one just doesn't stop growing and can reach over 15 inches in diameter.
The leaves feature so many colours throughout the year, the primary colour is blue, outer leaf margin being a stunning pale-green that turns purple/pink once mature.
Would look perfect as a bowl feature or standalone in a pot.
