Aeonium 'Logan Rock' quick care tips

Watering

The Aeonium 'Logan Rock' would like watering between once and twice per week in the peak growing season. It is advised to reduce watering when plants are dormant due to a heatwave and to significantly reduce/ stop watering when conditions are frosty.

Feeding

Aeonium 'Logan Rock' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.

Ideal soil

Aeonium 'Logan Rock' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

A branching Aeonium bred by Trewidden Nursery (now Penberth Plants), also a Chelsea Flower Show plant of the year finalist 2012. Purple rosettes with a green centre will form a mound of rosettes approx. 45cm height and width. A beautiful dark Aeonium variety.
