Frequently Asked
Succulent Questions
How do I care for my succulent?
Most succulents like bright light, free-draining soil, and only occasional watering. Wait until the soil is fully dry before watering again.
How often should I water succulents?
About every 1–2 weeks in summer, less in winter. Always use the “soak and dry” method — water thoroughly, then let the soil dry completely.
What’s the best soil for succulents?
A gritty, free-draining mix is essential. Use cactus soil with added grit or perlite to stop roots sitting in water.Hereis an example of a balanced, free-draining succulent compost mix.
Can succulents live indoors?
Yes! They do well indoors if placed on a bright, sunny windowsill. Just make sure they still get plenty of light.
