How to track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally as of July 2025. We may begin shipping internationally again in the future, depending on export laws.

How do I care for my succulent?

Most succulents like bright light, free-draining soil, and only occasional watering. Wait until the soil is fully dry before watering again.

How often should I water succulents?

About every 1–2 weeks in summer, less in winter. Always use the “soak and dry” method — water thoroughly, then let the soil dry completely.

What’s the best soil for succulents?

A gritty, free-draining mix is essential. Use cactus soil with added grit or perlite to stop roots sitting in water. Here is an example of a balanced, free-draining succulent compost mix.

Can succulents live indoors?

Yes! They do well indoors if placed on a bright, sunny windowsill. Just make sure they still get plenty of light.

Do succulents need fertiliser?

A diluted cactus or succulent feed in spring and summer helps with strong growth and colour. No need to feed in winter.

Are succulents frost hardy?

Most succulents aren’t frost hardy, so bring them inside if temperatures drop below 3°C. Hardy types like most Sempervivum and some Sedum can stay outdoors year-round.

What if my succulent looks stretched or tall?

That’s called etiolation — it means the plant isn’t getting enough light. Move it to a sunnier spot and it will grow more compact again.

Do succulents make good gifts?

Absolutely! They’re long-lasting, easy to care for, and arrive beautifully packaged — perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or a treat for yourself.

Will my plant die after flowering?

Some Aeonium, Semponium and Sempervivum are monocarpic, which means the rosette that flowers will die afterwards. This is normal and part of their life cycle. Don’t worry — most will produce offsets (baby plants) around the base, so the plant carries on growing.Echeveria, Sedum and most other types are perennial, meaning they will display flowers every year once mature.

Can I grow succulents from leaves?

Yes — many succulents like Echeveria and Graptopetalum can be propagated from a single leaf. Gently twist off a healthy leaf, let it callous, then place it on gritty soil to root.
