Haworthia cooperi 'OB1' quick care tips
Watering
Watering
Haworthia cooperi 'OB1' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings following the 3 Ds: drench, drain and dry. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time over winter.
Feeding
Feeding
Haworthia cooperi 'OB1' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Haworthia cooperi 'OB1' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

Haworthia cooperi 'OB1'
The incredibly attractive Haworthia cooperi 'OB1' looks like lots of neatly arranged translucent jelly beans, new leaves are produced from the centre of the plant, and as they age, they produce a pink tinge if grown in good light. The tips of each leaf acts like a little window which allows light to pass in to aid photosynthesis.
