Echeveria 'Ice Green' quick care tips
Watering
Watering
Echeveria 'Ice Green' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time.
Feeding
Feeding
Echeveria 'Ice Green' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Echeveria 'Ice Green' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this. Adding extra grit may be useful to add even more drainage for these desert-dwellers.

Echeveria 'Ice Green'
The wonderfully compact Echeveria ‘Ice Green’ is not at all green by nature, in fact it must have been translated into English with this name by its Asian creators. It has since become one of the most collectable forms of Echeveria in the world, the main feature of this particular variety is its winter colouring and markings, low direct sunlight and cooler temperatures bring out the most magical alluring pink/purple leaves, the centre of the plant picking up a marbling effect much like the Pachyphytum compactum.
A truly choice plant that wouldn’t look out of place in any collection
