Echeveria 'Eva' quick care tips
Watering
Watering
Echeveria 'Eva' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time.
Feeding
Feeding
Echeveria 'Eva' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Echeveria 'Eva' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this. Adding extra grit may be useful to add even more drainage for these desert-dwellers.

Echeveria 'Eva'
Echeveria 'Eva' is a selected hybrid of Echeveria setosa v. minor propagated at our nursery.
This variety has similar features at its parent plant but grows a lot faster and keeps its natural form by offsetting from the base. This hybrid seems to range through all colours of green from the darkest to almost yellow. It will bloom in the spring with large bell-shaped flowers.
A spectacular hybrid suitable as a house plant or garden plant if kept out of frosts.
