Echeveria 'Moon River' quick care tips
Watering
Watering
Echeveria 'Moon River' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time.
Feeding
Feeding
Echeveria 'Moon River' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Echeveria 'Moon River' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this. Adding extra grit may be useful to add even more drainage for these desert-dwellers.

One of the most extraordinary things about Echeveria ‘Moon River’ is its ability to offset with many different colours from silvery-blue to deep-purple, all from the same plant. Once mature, the offset is said to create a colourful landscape scene giving it the name Echeveria ‘Moon River’.
