Watering
Watering
The Aeonium 'Red Edge' would like watering between once and twice per week in the peak growing season. It is advised to reduce watering when plants are dormant due to a heatwave and to significantly reduce/ stop watering when conditions are frosty.
Feeding
Feeding
Aeonium 'Red Edge' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
Aeonium 'Red Edge' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

I had some wonderful Aeoniums which I had bought on several visits to you together with others. Some were very large. I stored them in the greenhouse but lost ever single one last year. So hence I’m going to try again. I have potted on my Pomegranate and Red Edge and they look lovely on the window cill in my kitchen. Bought them in the sale and looking forward to nurturing them.
