Aeonium 'Poseidon' quick care tips

Watering

The Aeonium 'Poseidon' would like watering between once and twice per week in the peak growing season. It is advised to reduce watering when plants are dormant due to a heatwave and to significantly reduce/ stop watering when conditions are frosty.

Feeding

Aeonium 'Poseidon' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.

Ideal soil

Aeonium 'Poseidon' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

Aeonium 'Poseidon'

This astounding Aeonium is the variegated version of Aeonium undulatum. One of the rarest Aeoniums in recent years due to the difficulty to propagate. Once established, this plant grows relatively fast for a variegated plant, reaching over 30cm tall and 20cm wide after two seasons of growth. A must for a rare succulent collector.
