x Semponium 'Diamond' quick care tips

Watering

The x Semponium 'Diamond' would like watering between once and twice per week in the peak growing season. It is advised to reduce watering when plants are dormant due to a heatwave and to significantly reduce/ stop watering when conditions are frosty.

Feeding

x Semponium 'Diamond' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.

Ideal soil

x Semponium 'Diamond' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

x Semponium 'Diamond'

Named due to the perfect form and jewel-like pointed leaves of this variety. This is clearly visible in the centre of the rosette. Eye catching lime green colour with a contrasting red outline to each leaf in strong sunlight. Can grow up to 35cm across and also offsets at the base after a few months of growing.
