Watering
Watering
x Sedeveria 'Blue Elf' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings following the 3 Ds: drench, drain and dry. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time over winter.
Feeding
Feeding
x Sedeveria 'Blue Elf' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.
Ideal soil
Ideal soil
x Sedeveria 'Blue Elf' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

A hybrid from Altman Plants.
x Sedeveria 'Blue Elf' is a cracking little hybrid, it produces multiple offsets as it grows, each glaucous leaf is light blue in colour covered in white powdery farina, on the very tips of the leaves is this tiny little red dot which looks delightfully attractive.
Excellent carpet-like succulent.
