Aeonium 'Saturn' quick care tips

Watering

The Aeonium 'Saturn' would like watering between once and twice per week in the peak growing season. It is advised to reduce watering when plants are dormant due to a heatwave and to significantly reduce/ stop watering when conditions are frosty.

Feeding

Aeonium 'Saturn' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September.

Ideal soil

Aeonium 'Saturn' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

Aeonium 'Saturn'

A 2019 introduction. Aeonium 'Saturn' produces a spectacular large green central rosette and in time it will produce multiple offsets which give this new hybrid a beautiful balance and looks great when planted in a pot or planter on its own.

It grows to a maximum height of 45cm with a spread of 50cm. May grow larger with expert care.
