Sedum 'Joyce Tulloch Variegata' quick care tips

Watering

Sedum 'Joyce Tulloch Variegata' is a drought-tolerant succulent variety, so watering around once per week in the peak growing season is advised. Ensure the soil dries between waterings following the 3 Ds: drench, drain and dry. It is also advised to completely stop watering when conditions are frosty, keeping the plant dry for several months at a time over winter.

Feeding

Sedum 'Joyce Tulloch Variegata' likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.

Ideal soil

Sedum 'Joyce Tulloch Variegata' needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

Sedum 'Joyce Tulloch Variegata'

Sedum ‘Joyce Tulloch Variegata’, parentage rumoured to be Sedum versadense x Sedum lucidum, is a variegated form of the rare succulent.

This plant features green with yellow and pink tones throughout the whole plant. Each head grows upwards and creates multiple spiral staircase-like columns, an extremely colourful Sedum.

Very worthy of a main spot on a windowsill, it would make a perfect houseplant, either hanging or grounded.
