Aeonium lindleyi quick care tips

Watering

The Aeonium lindleyi would like watering between once and twice per week in the peak growing season. It is advised to reduce watering when plants are dormant due to a heatwave and to significantly reduce/ stop watering when conditions are frosty.

Feeding

Aeonium lindleyi likes to be fed to bring out its best forms and colours. We recommend feeding with a liquid seaweed feed every 2 weeks in the main growing season from April to September. A feed we recommend is the one from our friends at LittleGreenSeaweed.

Ideal soil

Aeonium lindleyi needs free draining soil to thrive. We recommend a mixture of 1/3 John Innes no.2, 1/3 perlite and 1/3 coconut coir. The soil mix we offer here is similar in composition to this.

Aeonium lindleyi

Aeonium lindleyi is a rare species that originates from La Palma (Tenerife).

The leaves are slightly hairy and and will produce many offsets in time. Tends to grow lopsided, which is unique in this species of Aeonium. The leaves are also sticky.
