大胆で色彩豊かなエケベリア。「レッドランタン」は、特に強い光の下で深い赤色に輝く、引き締まった彫刻的なロゼットを形成します。コレクターにも、鮮やかなディスプレイにもぴったりの選択肢です。
赤色色素の増強とコンパクトな形態のために育成されたエケベリアの交配種。多くの現代エケベリアと同様に、色と対称性を高めるためにメキシコ原産の種を選抜交配して生まれました。
- 肉厚で先端の尖った葉を持つ、整然とした対称的なロゼットを形成します。
- 葉は滑らかで、わずかにマットな白い粉（ファリナ）で覆われており、日光から保護する役割を果たします。
- コンパクトな成長で、鉢植えやアレンジメントに最適です。
- 成長はゆっくりから中程度で、時間が経っても整った形を保ちます。
- 小さなベル型の花（通常は春～夏）を咲かせる、背の高い花穂をつけます。
