配送ポリシー

We ship our orders twice per week, usually on Mondays and Thursdays via Royal Mail Tracked 48h. We may ship your parcel faster if the order is required to arrive quickly. E.g., if the order is a gift. Please leave a note at checkout if you would like a personalised message included with the order.

If you have delayed your order, please note that your order will be shipped on our next posting day after the selected date. The date is not the arrival date of the delayed order.

Once your order has been shipped, it is then in the hands of Royal mail. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, mishandling or delay in the shipping process of the parcel in transit, but please contact us if your order arrives in a state where the contents are damaged/ missing as we can then investigate into this further.

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days after despatch, please let us know as we may be able offer a resend of your order free of charge.
