デロスペルマは、かつてはラムプランサス科として知られていた、春から夏にかけて鮮やかな花を咲かせる植物のグループで、見事な花が特徴です。花は直径約2.5～5cmです。
日当たりを好むため、ロックガーデンや花崗岩の壁に最適です。生育期にはたっぷりの水と肥料を与えてください。
南アフリカ原産。
最良の結果を得るためには、植物を受け取ったらすぐに植え付け、たっぷりと水を与えることが理想的です。根を乱さないようにして発送されます。
