Crassula ovata, communément appelée « Plante de Jade » ou « Arbre d'argent », est une succulente populaire au look distinctif. Elle présente des feuilles épaisses, charnues et de forme ovale qui poussent en paires opposées le long de branches robustes.
Les feuilles sont d'un vert riche et brillant, souvent teintées de rouge ou de bronze sur les bords, et ont une texture lisse et cireuse.
