x Pachyveria ‘Tuatara’

£8.50

A stunning hybrid of Echeveria glauca x Pachyphytum compactum.

x Pachyveria ‘Tuatura’ was named by a Surreal Succulents’ apprentice Sarah in 2016. From New Zealand, the leaves reminded her of the spikes of the native New Zealand reptile, the name of which in Maori means ‘peaks of the mountain’. The rosette is formed by multiple pointy leaves of a pale-blue/green colouring. The tips are that of the compactum and will blush all year round. Under stong light, it can reach some incredible shades of pink and blue.

A great plant that clumps over time, filling a pot would be easy for a succulent like this.
