Crassula rupestris ‘Love Star’ is one of many forms of rupestris, a species native to semi-arid regions of the central Cape, South Africa.
Crassula rupestris ‘Love Star’ is a much redder version of rupestris, it has colouring all throughout the plant, rather than just the margins. The main feature is the fiery, lipstick-red blotched colour along with its spreading growth form. It will bloom in June-October.
It would make for an excellent hanging basket.
